We can prepare a will tailored to your particular requirements or advise on connected issues such as premises and jointly owned assets. There is usually a discount for 'mirror wills' of a husband and wife for example.
You can update an old will economically by making a codicil but remember that is you do this your beneficiaries may see that you have changed your mind.
We can offer advice on tax planning for death including the use of trusts and making gifts during your lifetime.
When someone has died we can advise on what must be done, obtain any relevant grants of probate and administer the estate. In certain cases we can prepare free wills.
